This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, pull an official booking record, or change a court file. Contact the originating agency directly for an official answer.
Where to Ask About a Record
Use the office that holds the record and say what question needs an answer. The Washington County Jail, Sheriff’s Records Department, Weiser Police, courts, and state or federal systems do not share one public database.

The county does not publish a separate booking-photo fee schedule or local retention period. Link the request to Idaho Code sections 74-102 and 74-103 and ask for an itemized estimate when permitted charges may apply.
Choose the Right Washington County Path
The source depends on whether the need is current custody, an older record, a court event, or a later custody state.
- For a booking record or booking photograph, use the Washington County home page for the Sheriff’s request form, record fields, and fee and timing cautions.
- For a person believed to be in the county jail, call the jail rather than relying on an unofficial county page.
- For a public warrant or case question, use Most Wanted Fugitives for the iCourt and courthouse limits.
- For an arrest report created by Weiser Police, call the city police records line or email the records address above.
- For a sentenced state prisoner or person on IDOC probation or parole, use the Idaho Department of Correction Resident/Client Search.
- For federal custody, use the BOP inmate locator. For immigration custody, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator within its limits.
Cambridge and Midvale do not have separate police booking contacts verified in the official sweep. The Sheriff’s Office says it serves both communities. The city forms and services pages can help identify a municipal record custodian when the record is not held by the county.
Before Calling an Agency
Have the person’s full name, incident date or date range, city, arresting agency, and case number if known. For a records request, identify whether you want inspection or copies and whether the request concerns a booking sheet, booking photo, arrest report, or court file. A precise request helps the custodian distinguish a record that does not exist from one that is restricted.
Current custody, release notifications, and a historical booking record are separate questions. VINE can support an eligible notification purpose, but it is not a public booking-photo roster. The county Notify Me page has community categories, not a new-bookings subscription. Call the responsible office when the answer matters.
Charges in a booking record are accusations. Ask the court for the disposition and verify any correction with the agency that created the record.
