These Terms & Conditions govern use of Washington County Busted Mugshots. By browsing the pages or using a linked search tool, a visitor agrees to these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site. The pages are a private reference resource and do not replace the office that created a jail, police, court, corrections, or federal record.

Washington County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and is not affiliated with any government body, Sheriff’s Office, jail, corrections department, or court. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered services such as credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. The site points visitors toward Washington County and Idaho records resources. It is not a private investigation firm and is not a consumer reporting agency.

What This Resource Is

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail, booking, arrest, warrant, court, or corrections records and cannot confirm a person’s custody or release. It cannot file a request, post bond, transfer a person, or change an agency or court document.

Its pages point toward the Washington County Sheriff, Jail, Records Department, Weiser Police, Idaho courts, IDOC, federal locators, news sources, and outside research tools. Each linked office controls its own data and access rules.

Acceptable Use
